About the project

Moxiplan is a strategic planning SaaS platform that enables organizations to define goals, align departments, and monitor key initiatives with clarity and accountability. Initially built on outdated technology, the platform required a complete overhaul to meet modern usability standards and enable future scalability. Our team reimagined the platform with a new UI, optimized workflows, and robust enhancements to create a more maintainable and efficient web application.

Challenges

• Outdated Responsive Engine: The platform used Bubble’s legacy responsive system, making design changes tedious and error-prone.

• Difficult Workflow Maintenance: Existing workflows were fragile and hard to update without breaking other parts of the system.

• Limited Feature Expansion: Adding new functionalities was inefficient due to the rigid and tightly coupled internal structure.

• Inconsistent User Interface: The older UI lacked visual coherence and modern design patterns, which affected usability.
